FREE – Movies In the Park on Fridays

Tucson Free Movies in the Park Summer 2014
It’s summertime and even though the days are brutal, the evenings are comfortable.  Why not spend a Friday evening with your family or friends watching a movie in the park?

Cox Communications sponsors these movie screenings and invites area residents to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a free movie. There will also be free family friendly activities, beginning at 5:30pm prior to each movie including live music, jumping castles, balloon twisters, and arts and crafts, and exhibits from area non-profits.  Food will be available from vendors.

LOCATION:  Reid Park, Demeester Performing Arts Pavilion,  900 S. Randolf Way, 85716
(Located in Gene C. Reid Park, on the Northeast corner of Country Club and 22nd Street.  Attendees can gain access to the Movies by entering off of Country Club Road.)
COST:  Admission to movie is FREE (food and drinks available from vendors starting at 5:30pm)
TIME:  All movies begin at dusk

How to Train Your Dragon

Chronicles of Narnia:  Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Starring Ben Barnes, Skandar Keynes and Georgie Henley
Lucy and Edmund Pevensie return to Narnia with their cousin Eustace where they meet up with Prince Caspian for a trip across the sea aboard the royal ship The Dawn Treader. Along the way they encounter dragons, dwarves, merfolk, and a band of lost warriors before reaching the edge of the world.
